Affiliation is free of charge for ABAV travel agent members

Registration is open for the 42nd ABAV – International Tourism Expo, to be held from September 24 to 28 at the Anhembi Exhibition Pavillion in São Paulo, Brazil. Affiliation is available on the event´s official website.

The event will have 3,500 exhibitors, representing 65 countries, and 40,000 professional visitors. It will, therefore, contribute in a decisive manner to the consolidation of businesses among companies of the five continents, benefiting the whole global production chain of the sector.

Travel agents members of the ABAV and non-members

Registration is free of charge for ABAV travel agencies by filling in the member´s code. What is new this year is that, for companies outside the São Paulo Metropolitan Area, seven AD 90 air tickets will be made available for each company by the airline indicated in the voucher sent right after registration. In 2013, this benefit was available for only three employees per company.

Affiliation is also free of charge for ABAV members. During the event, registration will cost R$30 for the five days.

For travel agents that are not ABAV members and travel agents based overseas, registration will be free of charge provided that it is done online before or on July 31st. In both cases, tickets bought directly at the Anhembi will cost R$60 for the five days, the same price that will be charged from individual professionals.

“It is extremely important that all travel agencies participate in the event, which is an international shopping window for businesses and networking, factors that alone show the huge potential of the event,” said Antonio Azevedo, president of ABAV Nacional.

Important Information

Please note that during the event people wearing no shirt, or wearing Bermuda shorts, shorts and flip flops will not be allowed to enter the venue. Children up to 12 years of age will not be allowed in the event, unless an instrument of responsibility is signed by an adult.
